Terms and Services – Trybe8 

Welcome to Trybe8! By attending classes, workshops, or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms: 

1. General Agreement 

By signing up for or participating in any class, session, or event at Trybe8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Services. 

2. Health & Safety 

  • You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in classes and have consulted a doctor if needed. 

  • You are responsible for your own well-being during class. Please listen to your body and inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before class.

  • Trybe8 is not liable for any injuries sustained while participating in studio classes, on or off the premises. 

3. No Filming in Class 

To respect everyone's privacy and keep the class focused, filming or recording is not allowed—unless it's a designated filming class. 

4. Bookings & Cancellations 

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform.

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class time will be credited back to your account. 

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of the class credit or incur a $15 (late cancel) or $20 (no-show) fee. 

5. Memberships & Packages 

  • All class packages, memberships, and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

  • Expiry dates apply to all packages and will be clearly communicated at purchase.

6. Studio Conduct 

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after the start of class) may not be permitted entry. 

  • Respect fellow students and instructors—no disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

  • Clean mats and equipment after use.

7. Personal Belongings 

  • Please leave valuables at home. Trybe8 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Photo & Video 

  • Occasionally, we may take photos or videos during class for marketing purposes. Let us know if you prefer not to be included. 

9. Privacy Policy 

We collect and store your contact and health information securely for scheduling and safety purposes only. We will never share your information without your consent. 

10. Changes to Terms 

Trybe8 may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be shared accordingly.
