Lindsey’s background in luxury real estate informs her thoughtful approach to design, experience, and flow. -

Jackie (@jpyoga.miami) is an expert RYT 500-hour certified yoga instructor, specializing in gentle therapeutics, restorative yoga, yin, vinyasa, and power yoga. In addition to her yoga credentials, she is a certified Pilates instructor, certified Aerial instructor, and Sculpt instructor—offering a comprehensive, movement-based wellness experience for students of all levels.
Jackie creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can connect authentically with themselves and their communities. She believes that healing happens when we embrace vulnerability, truthfulness, and self-compassion. Her approach is rooted in joy, inclusivity, and a deep belief that wellness is for every body.

Sasha emphasizes safe alignment, self-awareness, and inclusivity, welcoming every body and every journey. Cami (@camipons99) has a passion for pilates that is deeply personal. The modality helped her through one of the hardest seasons of her life. In 2024, she became certified in mat pilates and sculpt and has been teaching across Miami.
She believes that movement has the power to build community and inspire people to show up in their lives. Reconnecting with movement gave Cami the confidence to grow in every area of her life. Her mission is to bring that same confidence and self-love into every class she teaches!

Vanessa (@vanessafeils) is a spiritual guide and transformational coach with over 12 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their inner truth and create lives rooted in purpose and power. Blending ancient practices with modern insight, she leads clients through guided meditations and intuitive coaching to access clarity, release limiting patterns, and embody their soul’s path.
Her journey began after leaving a conventional career to follow an inner calling, leading her on a four-year nomadic quest to sacred sites around the world. Through this lived experience, Vanessa awakened her clairaudient gift and deepened her understanding of healing through presence, listening, and trust.

Daniel Cuervo (@danielcuervoyoga) is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher from Colombia. His journey into yoga began with a spark of curiosity that quickly grew into a lifelong passion. After completing his foundational training in Vinyasa yoga at Awakening Yoga School with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps, Daniel fully embraced teaching as his path.
He has since expanded his expertise with advanced studies in Hatha yoga, mobility, and body mechanics. Known for his thoughtful and creative sequencing, Daniel designs classes that blend movement, mindfulness, and challenge in a way that feels accessible and inspiring.

Yael is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre- and postnatal fitness, with a focus on core rehabilitation and building strength from the inside out. She empowers her clients to reconnect to their bodies, develop deep core stability, and move with power, purpose, and confidence.
Drawing from years of experience guiding mindful movement, Yael’s classes integrate Pilates-inspired principles to help clients connect to their center, cultivate presence, and embody strength and gratitude—both on and off the mat.
